Welcome to hackathon.lu! Here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your time during these two exciting days. In 2026 we even embedded a conference part during the morning of the first day!

Open Model
hackathon.lu operates under an open model:
There are no strict constraints, only a shared desire to create, collaborate, and learn together to product open source software.
Lunch and Coffee
Breakfast, lunch and afternoon coffee/refreshment will be served during the two-days.
Be Kind & Supportive
Please be kind and supportive to everyone.
Whether you’re a seasoned hacker or it’s your first hackathon, your contributions matter.
We foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for all.
The Only Rule
The only rule is:
Post your achievements, tasks, or if you’re seeking advice on the hackathon.lu Discourse board
This helps everyone stay in the loop and encourages serendipitous collaboration.
At the end, we will publish the outcome of the hackathon, like we did in 2025.
